Trillian – the world’s ultimate IM

As the button says, Trillian is the Swiss Army Knife of instant messengers.  Not only does Trillian support Yahoo, MSN, AIM, ICQ and IRC, but it also allows multiple users to configure multiple accounts as well!  Trillian makes it easy to setup and log on to all your favorite instant message services at once.  You no longer have to run 5 different programs just to stay in touch with all your friends.  Trillian is much easier and takes much less memory than all that.  Run Trillian and all your contacts are right at your fingerclicks!  Trillian also integrates the features your used to seeing in your favorite IM programs including; away message, file sharing, and editing your profile info.  You can also categorize your friends into groups regardless of which service they are using.   Trillian has both a basic and a pro version.  I have never used the pro version because the basic one has always worked just fine for me.

I would highly recommend this program if you use multiple messaging services.  Having all your contacts in one place makes things much easier.  You also save a lot of memory only running one program instead of 5 at once and it makes your IM communication much easier.
